In 2020, we recognised our vision for growing a Made with Kindness Economy meant that our Makers + Kreators needed to be front and centre in all we did in responding to world changes.
Together with Kreative Karina & Nickie White Creative, we designed and founded our BC+ Initiative and then in 2021, this extended to our Women's Business Circle Sessions. The goal of these sessions was for our collective to come together to connect, create and celebrate - building confidence, building content and building collaborations.
An outcome of a conversation that took place in one of our circle sessions, is that we now have the pleasure of launching the new Mimmim x Catherine Manuell collection! We hope you love this one-of-a-kindness collaboration as much as we do and join us in congratulating Mim & Catherine!

Introducing Mim Cole! Catherine Manuell Design is thrilled to present the latest chapter of our Aboriginal Artist Project and welcome artist Mim Cole to our CMD family!
For over 14 years, Catherine has worked tirelessly to foster friendships and collaborations with women artists across Australia.
The Aboriginal Artist Project has flourished to form an initiative that empowers, celebrates and champions the work of these talented artists.
Catherine was lucky enough to be introduced to Mim and could instantly see the potential for a wonderful collaboration. She loved the vibrant colour and energy of Mim’s beautiful paintings and could see the potential to marry them with her designs.
Catherine is proud to continue this wonderful project and to celebrate and share the next generation of beautiful Aboriginal art with you.
Meet Mim! 
Mim Cole, is a visual artist and Larrakia, Wardaman, Karajarri woman who was born and raised on Larrakia Country, also known as Darwin in the Northern Territory of Australia.
Mim has been creating art since she was a teenager, learning techniques through practice and observation from her mother, uncles and large artistic family. Mim is a natural, self-taught artist who experiments and applies her traditional and abstract compositions to a variety of media including painting and printmaking.
Her creative practice Mimmim holds a strong connection to identity, family, country, nature and community which she channels intuitively into her art. Mim enjoys pushing the boundaries of her arts practice using a mix of vibrant colours with a traditional palette and creating dynamic movement expression in each painting.
