At Starwin Shopfront our mantra is 'where your change creates community change' & we live this by being dedicated to offering career pathways to young Indigenous women from remote communities. Since 2016, we have partnered with the Australian Defence Force to offer a groundbreaking Career Mentoring Program for young Tiwi women. 
In November we travelled to Melbourne with a team of youth girls, identified by their schools as demonstrating leadershup in their participation with education, cadets and local football.
