Introducing you to a new online studio space, a place where you can learn more about Jedess Hudson and what she is creating.
Over the past twelve months, MK Eco by Starwin has teamed up with Jedess to ensure her vision to go full-time into her creative art practice has become a reality.
Supporting her to apply for the Australia Council for the Arts, Jedess was successfully announced as one of the first recipients of its new Flourish fund for First Nations fashion and textile design in July 2022.
This meant Jedess was one of the 21 recipients that included First Nations designers, and First Nations owned and run Businesses and community arts organisations from across Australia.
The investment is supporting production and design, as well as professional development and increased digital visibility for the First Nations Textile design and fashion sector.
MK Eco by Starwin & Moolah Digitial have supported Jedess on this journey, and we are pleased to see the site grow in 2023!
In addition, Starwin has also worked with Jedess to assist her to grow a new product range of eco gifts.
