We are on a mission to help you to choose eco. This new textiles 'Jedindi' collection was on debut at the Cairns Indigenous Art Fair and Darwin Aboriginal Art Fair fashion runways in 2023. Inspired by the colours and patterns of tropical north, it is printed in Australia on tencel (linen) and is sold in 2m x1.4m lengths.

BASALT ROCK IS FROM OUR DORMANT VOLCANOS FEATURING DRIED LAVA. IT IS “VESICULAR” – MEANING FULL OF HOLES. BASALT WITH HOLES IS FROM THE TOP SECTIONS. (THE FIZZY PART IS LIKE SODA) THAT HAS Exploded. SOLID BASALT ROCK STILL LIES BENEATH THIS AND COMES MORE FROM THE VOLCANIC CORE. THE VARIOUS COLOURS REFLECT THE VARIED STONE COLOURS THROUGHOUT COUNTRY.
WE PREFER TO USE BASALT ROCK IN A 'BANGA' TO COOK MINYA (FOOD) IN THE GROUND.
