K is for Kustomers...

Kustomer Service

When you visit our sites, expect to be treated with kindness, experience local culture and engage with local Makers & Kreators - all part of our unique kustomer service.

We have two shopfronts in Darwin (founded in 2013), and Port Douglas (founded in 2019), now known as 'Share Spaces'. These sites are the hub of our Career Pathways initiatives, which aim to support community leaders to do what they love, where they love.

Part of this is supporting young Indigenous women to transition into the workforce, and in 2019, we developed a mentoring model: 'Each One, Teach One', growing a one-of-a-kindness framework for engaging new workers and supporting our team their emerging careers.

Our Darwin team is well supported on site by Karina Kassman (artist in residence) and Kara Blakely (executive support).

We invite you to take a moment to discover more about our retail team...
